As a TriWest Partner, Jim provides consulting and methodological leadership on several health and human services consultation and evaluation projects. He has expertise in the assessment and design of mental health services systems, the implementation of evidence-based practices for adults with mental illnesses, integrated mental health/physical health care, outcome evaluation, and the development and use of fidelity assessment tools.
Since it was founded in 2019, Jim has worked continuously with Healthy Minds Policy Initiative to advance mental health policy and system transformation in Oklahoma. He currently leads policy research studies and population health analysis for Healthy Minds.
Jim lives with his wife, Ann, in Greenville, Illinois. He enjoys reading, playing guitar, traveling and camping with his family, and the endlessly challenging game of golf. As a volunteer in his local congregation, Jim provides companionship to people with mental health conditions who are seeking a more flourishing life in the community.
Jim holds a PhD in clinical and community psychology.
