Diane Retz, MPA

Data Analytics and Evaluation Manager

As Data Analytics and Evaluation Manager at TriWest, Diane conducts and oversees quantitative data analyses to support research and evaluation projects in health and human services, justice systems, and behavioral health. She has developed streamlined, automated, accessible processes that promote high-quality data and evaluation work across TriWest’s projects, including evaluations of SAMHSA-funded CCBHC projects. Diane is interested in combining context, data, and nuance into evidence-based practices to help clients equitably serve their populations and communities.

Prior to joining TriWest, Diane worked in education research and evaluation with a focus on literacy and early childhood education. She was also a grant writer and evaluation manager for a nonprofit animal shelter.

Diane and her husband live in Portland, Oregon, with their rescue pets and, sometimes, additional foster kittens.

Diane earned a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in research methods and education policy.
