Cassie Morgan, MSW, LCSW

Principal

As a Principal at TriWest, Cassie leads consultations and evaluations focused on the health and well-being of communities. She frequently evaluates outcomes for federally-funded projects, conducts needs assessments for state and local mental health and substance use service entities, and identifies evidence-based and best practices to better meet the needs of people with behavioral health conditions.

Prior to joining TriWest, Cassie coordinated and evaluated research projects funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Health Resources and Services Administration. Early in her career, she provided clinical services for refugee and immigrant children at a community mental health and social services agency. This experience continues to reinforce Cassie’s commitment to improving health and behavioral health systems for marginalized groups.

Based in Durham, North Carolina, Cassie enjoys hiking, live music, trying out new restaurants, spending time with family, and supporting women’s sports.

Cassie earned a master’s degree in social work and is licensed as a clinical social worker in Missouri.
