As a Senior Consultant, Melanie provides project management and qualitative analysis to our healthcare and health financing clients. With 27 years of healthcare administration experience and certification in health information technology, Melanie enjoys projects that focus on the “Triple Aim”: better care for individuals, better health outcomes for populations, and reduced costs for healthcare systems and providers.
Melanie enjoys looking at root causes within systems and processes, developing quality improvement initiatives, and helping design evaluations that provide information that can be immediately incorporated into daily work with a positive effect on staff and patients.
When not at her desk, Melanie is an adjunct professor at the Colorado School of Public Health, bikes and skis the hills of Colorado, or spends time with her family and friends.
Melanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/History and a Master of Arts in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Services.
