outcomes most important for their programs. This multi-stakeholder
process includes service recipients and their families, as well as
program staff, regulators, payers and other community stakeholders in
the specification and prioritization of outcome domains.
We can design new measurement tools or modify existing ones to be the
best fit for each program. We then put in place the protocols and
procedures, including data analysis and reporting, that help customers
document, understand, and take action to improve their efforts to help
others.
