We support child welfare systems and providers through evaluation,
training and technical assistance. We work with states, local systems
and national foundations to support service and system reforms and
improvements, particularly related to alternatives to foster care and
transitions for children out of the foster care system.
TriWest has participated in the evaluations of three Title IV-E Waiver
demonstrations featuring managed care reforms, community-based systems
of care, subsidized guardianship, and tribal system governance models.
As a certified training provider for Casey Family Programs, we provide
training and technical assistance in the use of the Ansell-Casey Life
Skills Assessment and related tools. We are also actively partnering
with Casey Family Programs to evaluate community-based and wraparound
models to promote effective transitions for youth in foster care.
