Behavioral Health is a core expertise of TriWest Group. The clinical psychologists on staff have expertise in child psychology, adult and older adult services, and public mental health delivery systems at an inpatient and outpatient level. Our network of associates includes specialists in substance abuse, rehabilitation, and consumer-run services. TriWest consults with community mental health centers, inpatient psychiatric facilities, state psychiatric hospitals, managed behavioral health care plans and HMOs to help them implement evidence-based practices, improve their infrastructure and advise reform initiatives. Recent projects include implementation of evidence-based practices (e.g., assertive community treatment (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and behavioral adaptations of Multisystemic Therapy), state psychiatric hospital reforms, clinical quality review, culturally-competent service delivery approaches, evaluation system development, and capitated mental health system design.
